Tech Jump LLC provides custom software development, healthcare technology solutions, enterprise application development, and related consulting services. All services are subject to a separate written agreement (e.g., Statement of Work or Service Agreement) between Tech Jump and the client. These Terms govern your general use of our Site and do not supersede any signed service agreements.
3. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number you agree to receive SMS messages related to your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
SMS messages may include project updates, appointment confirmations, follow-ups, and other service-related communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@tech-jump.com. Opting out will not affect your ability to receive services.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Tech Jump LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission from Tech Jump.
Custom software and deliverables developed for clients under a separate service agreement are governed by the intellectual property terms specified in that agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TECH JUMP LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TECH JUMP IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
